What a hero,.!!!!!!!! Charles recovered data from my computer that I thought I had lost forever, very, very precious pictures of my darling granddaughter. He was extremely kind, pleasant and very patient with this silly old mare, who does not really understand much about computers. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to everyone that I know who has problems with their P.C. So very grateful to him. Thanks, Janet CHARLTON.
